Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Entebbe – Kisoro (Flight) | Lake Mutanda Experience
You will be transferred to Entebbe airstrip for your domestic flight to Kisoro. Upon arrival, proceed to Lake Mutanda for a scenic canoeing experience, including a visit to the historic Punishment Islands. Enjoy lunch at Mutanda Lake Resort before returning to Orugano Lodge. Later in the day, take part in a community tour to relax and learn about local life.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking & Community Tour
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla tracking adventure. Trek through the forest with professional guides and enjoy a magical hour with a gorilla family in their natural habitat. In the evening, enjoy a community tour to unwind after the trek.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking – Mgahinga National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park for golden monkey tracking. Watch these playful and endangered primates in their natural environment, surrounded by the scenic Virunga Volcanoes. After the activity, return to Orugano Lodge to relax for the evening.

Day 4: Kisoro – Entebbe (Flight) | Departure
